David Dorward BSc MBChB MRCP

Dr David Dorward studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh (graduated 2006) during which time he completed an intercalated honours degree in Experimental Pathology. He went on to complete both Foundation and Core Medical Training in South East Scotland. David has a strong interest in the development of novel therapies in respiratory disease, in particular pneumonia and acute lung injury, and is currently a Wellcome Trust/STMTI funded PhD student at the Queens Medical Research Institute, University of Edinburgh.
